Week Of Joy!

Wow what an amazing week! This week was truly a week full of joy!! Biggest highlight for sure was our friend Sirine got baptized!!! She's been working so hard for it and it finally happened! It was an amazing service and I was even able to baptize her! I had to do it twice tho lol. Water was pretty shallow! But she's just amazing and it was so joyful! 

Some other highlights this week were exchanges with an elder from the UK. His names elder Bakewell and his accent is so beautiful omg! He has so much desire to work and it was so inspiring to go out and grind with him! We also had Halloween so we had to be in the apartment early! Got some deep cleaning done that was funny! And I just love spending time with my comp he's so funny! And we did some zone training which was sickk! I'm still ZL so leading the trainings has been some character building. 

But I felt so much joy this week! It was amazing! I'm just so excited to get Into another week of missionary work!! 

I def miss you all so much! Just know you're all still in my heart while I'm serving! 

God loves you all! This is the Church of Joy!

WHAT A WEEKEND!

Hey Everyone! Just checking back in after an amazing weekend of REVELATION! I love General Conference and the inspiring messages! I hope you were all able to tune in at some point and if you couldn't watch it watch it rn! The prophets voice is so powerful! After hearing his address there was a little bit of a sense that the second coming of christ is coming A LOT sooner than we may think! But also big news! A NEW TEMPLE IN QUEEN CREEK! I literally called it! Great to see the old hometown getting a house of the lord!  Besides conference this week was a good one! We had zone conference and it was focused on using the scriptures while teaching the doctrine of christ! So many scriptures that I wrote down!! Also this week in Oakland has been HOTTT. it's been getting up to 100 degrees in the bay which is unusual here. Usually I wouldn't complain. New Year New Elder

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!  This week was so fast but it was a good one lots of miracles! A cool miracle was we met an innactive member earlier this week and we just had dinner with her tonight and gave her a blessing and she's coming to church this week! It was a miracle because we were tracting and happened to knock on her door she was so happy to see us and almost started crying! Just goes to show the lord truly guides us missionaries!  Our friend Christopher didn't end up getting baptized this weekend. Everything is OK though he is still going to get baptized just needs more time understanding things and we are having daily contacts with him to help him! He's just come so far from where he used to be and he's going to continue to grow because that's one of the blessings that comes from the atonement and something that can truly change us when we use it.
