He Lives!

Wow wow! What another Great week! I'm gonna do my best to remember all the important events that went down this week!

We've been working really really hard to find new people to teach! We are still consistently teaching our friend sirine! She needs lots of prayers! She's scheduled to be baptized on the 19th of October! I have so much faith she will be able to be baptized then! But she needs your prayers!

We've been trying to find new ways of finding people in Oakland! We've gone to parks! Bus stations! Bart stations! And everything in between. But I truly need to have more trust that the lord is preparing us more people to teach!

Yesterday we found this really cool young man from Mongolia named Lucas! He believes in Jesus Christ and he was so excited when we talked about the book of mormon. He wanted to know where to buy one! Imagine his excitement when we said we had a free copy for him to take! It's amazing to see those who are humble in accepting more of the words of Jesus Christ and are just truly seeking for his truth!

We also had an exchange this week! I was able to go on an exchange with an Elder named Elder Meissman! We've been on a few exchanges before and we just had the best day together! Sadly the day ended early when we got a call from president lash that we apparently had stake reports in an HOUR! And then he preceded to tell us that the stake president asks very difficult questions and ig missionaries in the passed were afraid of him. I think I said my most sincere prayers before that meeting! But the meeting went well and I think I seemed like I wasn't totally unprepared!

Lots of crazy stuff this week! But something that I love that stays consistent is the scriptures. I've been able to find a lot of peace in the scriptures with increase of stress at times during missionary work. I want to urge everyone to make scripture study a priority for your daily lives. There's a lot of peace to be found in scripture study!

I love you all and miss you guys tons! Feel free to reach out!
