Another One!

Wow Great week!! This week has been so great! Everyday we get opportunities to testify of christ and of the message of the restoration! So grateful I'm able to do that! 

Everyday we just run into so many great people who havent heard of the book of Mormon or of the restored gospel. It literally applies to every person we talk to its insane! I've never seen a message so powerful that it can literally apply to every person ever! We've been trying to work with our friend Sirine we would love prayers for her as she prepares for baptism and starts living the word of wisdom. She inspires me so much because she never gives up! We also did some exchanges this week! I went with Elder Fyfe from Canada! Second time with him! He's just so amazing and presses forward in the work even tho the work is hard!

We also had zone conference this week where we focused on the plan of salvation! And how the Atonement of Jesus Christ is so vital to that! Without that there would be no plan! No progression! Something I love so much as a missionary is listening to children's hymns! Sounds silly I know but they're so simple and sacred I love them! 

My favorite one is 'I lived in Heaven' its so simple yet so powerful! I just gotta put down the whole lyrics bc I love it so much! 

1. I lived in heaven a long time ago, it is true; Lived there and loved there with people I know. So did you. Then Heav’nly Father presented a beautiful plan, All about earth and eternal salvation for man. 2. Father said he needed someone who had enough love To give his life so we all could return there above. There was another who sought for the honor divine. Jesus said, “Father, send me, and the glory be thine.” 3. Jesus was chosen, and as the Messiah he came, Conquering evil and death through his glorious name, Giving us hope of a wonderful life yet to be Home in that heaven where Father is waiting for me.

If it weren't for a savior in Jesus Christ who had the love to sacrifice himself for all of us. We couldn't return back to our father in heaven. But he loves us because he is Good! I love you all and hope you have a wonderful week! Reach out if you can I'll try my best to respond!!

WHAT A WEEKEND!

Hey Everyone! Just checking back in after an amazing weekend of REVELATION! I love General Conference and the inspiring messages! I hope you were all able to tune in at some point and if you couldn't watch it watch it rn! The prophets voice is so powerful! After hearing his address there was a little bit of a sense that the second coming of christ is coming A LOT sooner than we may think! But also big news! A NEW TEMPLE IN QUEEN CREEK! I literally called it! Great to see the old hometown getting a house of the lord!  Besides conference this week was a good one! We had zone conference and it was focused on using the scriptures while teaching the doctrine of christ! So many scriptures that I wrote down!! Also this week in Oakland has been HOTTT. it's been getting up to 100 degrees in the bay which is unusual here. Usually I wouldn't complain. New Year New Elder

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!  This week was so fast but it was a good one lots of miracles! A cool miracle was we met an innactive member earlier this week and we just had dinner with her tonight and gave her a blessing and she's coming to church this week! It was a miracle because we were tracting and happened to knock on her door she was so happy to see us and almost started crying! Just goes to show the lord truly guides us missionaries!  Our friend Christopher didn't end up getting baptized this weekend. Everything is OK though he is still going to get baptized just needs more time understanding things and we are having daily contacts with him to help him! He's just come so far from where he used to be and he's going to continue to grow because that's one of the blessings that comes from the atonement and something that can truly change us when we use it.
