Lovin Life!

Hey Yall! Another great great week! Alot happened this week let's see how much of it I remember lol! First of all the members here in Oakley and in the ysa wards are just so faithful and amazing! It's truly inspiring! 


To explain basically we've have a new goal this transfer as a mission to get 1 baptism per companionship THIS TRANSFER! And we put it up in our area to 1 each ward! So a goal for 2 in our area! And this is a tall task for us but the members are so faithful! They're amazing! We let all our members know and now we are going to have a ward fast in each ward and we have already gotten so many refferals from members! Absolutely blessed! Also one of our youth and recent converts Devin wanted to help by going tracting with us so we've been grinding with him on that lately! He's a beast future AP for sure! 


Besides those miracles it was a busy week of meetings and trainings we had to lead. Low key missing my old comp Elder Odupolu because showing another new zone leader how to do this stuff is not Easy and he made it look easy so props to him!


Spiritual thought of the week! Comes from a fire talk last conference! Elder Neil L Anderson's talk about temples was fire! He says "The temple is literally the house of the Lord. I promise you as you come worthily and prayerfully to His holy house, you will be armed with His power, His name will be upon you, His angels will have charge over you, and you will grow up in the blessing of the Holy Ghost." I love this quote and couldn't agree more to that truth! I LOVE THE TEMPLE! And temple worship is essential to our mortal lives! I promise along with Elder Anderson that you will see a change in your daily life when you include the temple!

WHAT A WEEKEND!

Hey Everyone! Just checking back in after an amazing weekend of REVELATION! I love General Conference and the inspiring messages! I hope you were all able to tune in at some point and if you couldn't watch it watch it rn! The prophets voice is so powerful! After hearing his address there was a little bit of a sense that the second coming of christ is coming A LOT sooner than we may think! But also big news! A NEW TEMPLE IN QUEEN CREEK! I literally called it! Great to see the old hometown getting a house of the lord!  Besides conference this week was a good one! We had zone conference and it was focused on using the scriptures while teaching the doctrine of christ! So many scriptures that I wrote down!! Also this week in Oakland has been HOTTT. it's been getting up to 100 degrees in the bay which is unusual here. Usually I wouldn't complain. New Year New Elder

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!  This week was so fast but it was a good one lots of miracles! A cool miracle was we met an innactive member earlier this week and we just had dinner with her tonight and gave her a blessing and she's coming to church this week! It was a miracle because we were tracting and happened to knock on her door she was so happy to see us and almost started crying! Just goes to show the lord truly guides us missionaries!  Our friend Christopher didn't end up getting baptized this weekend. Everything is OK though he is still going to get baptized just needs more time understanding things and we are having daily contacts with him to help him! He's just come so far from where he used to be and he's going to continue to grow because that's one of the blessings that comes from the atonement and something that can truly change us when we use it.
