The Duo Is Back!!

Hello everyone this email won't be too long but I love you all sooooo much! But if you saw the title the rumors are true....Elder Hsu and I are companions again! It's so crazy that we are companions so early on especially because we are supposed to be in training still but idk it's working out so far! 


It's definitely been a huge increase of my stress because I am called as senior companion so I am having to lead the area and making sure we are using our time wisely until Elder Hsu is a lot more comfortable with the area but for now I've been whipping him around Richmond showing him around! It's been especially spiritual with him and its like we lost no time together we are comfortable with teaching and with working off of eachoth It's great! We were even able to get our new friend Jerry on date for baptism on first contact! He was so in tune with the spirit and already had a testimony of the book of Mormon he was so elect! We are excited for him and excited to see him grow! 


But besides the duo being back I've been having to learn discipline a lot more without a trainer because now it's all on myself. But me and elder Hsu are helping each other out it's been good. I hope you all had a chance to learn from the come follow me this past week I absolutely love Paul's words to the Corinthians and there's so much in there from us members that we can learn! LMK what yall learned I want to hear from you all! I love you all so much and think about you all but man I wouldn't trade this experience for anything else it's amazing work! The lord is truly our light!

WHAT A WEEKEND!

Hey Everyone! Just checking back in after an amazing weekend of REVELATION! I love General Conference and the inspiring messages! I hope you were all able to tune in at some point and if you couldn't watch it watch it rn! The prophets voice is so powerful! After hearing his address there was a little bit of a sense that the second coming of christ is coming A LOT sooner than we may think! But also big news! A NEW TEMPLE IN QUEEN CREEK! I literally called it! Great to see the old hometown getting a house of the lord!  Besides conference this week was a good one! We had zone conference and it was focused on using the scriptures while teaching the doctrine of christ! So many scriptures that I wrote down!! Also this week in Oakland has been HOTTT. it's been getting up to 100 degrees in the bay which is unusual here. Usually I wouldn't complain. New Year New Elder

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!  This week was so fast but it was a good one lots of miracles! A cool miracle was we met an innactive member earlier this week and we just had dinner with her tonight and gave her a blessing and she's coming to church this week! It was a miracle because we were tracting and happened to knock on her door she was so happy to see us and almost started crying! Just goes to show the lord truly guides us missionaries!  Our friend Christopher didn't end up getting baptized this weekend. Everything is OK though he is still going to get baptized just needs more time understanding things and we are having daily contacts with him to help him! He's just come so far from where he used to be and he's going to continue to grow because that's one of the blessings that comes from the atonement and something that can truly change us when we use it. Only the purest joys can come through sincere repentance! I just love Christopher let's all pray I don't...
